Webflow Developer / Designer

Are you passionate about Webflow, CSS and highly converting websites? We want to talk to you! We are looking for a designer/developer who has profound experience building and deploying pages in Webflow. We take an iterative approach and like to experiment when it comes to our acquisition strategy. That’s why we want an individual who can implement big ideas with Webflow that are based on insights and learnings. Someone with an analytical mindset that can think creatively to deliver results. You will be part of and work with the marketing team on a daily basis AND take part in a growing company that develops, builds and supports a product used by the largest companies around the world.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with team members to concept different product page ideas
• Expand our video shows page (https://www.piplanning.io/shows) and add crucial new features to better convert visitors into leads
• Create pages that perform based on KPIs
• Design beautiful conversion optimized pages
• Take insights and learning and come up with creative interactive ideas that can be built in Webflow
• Regularly engage with customer research to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points to apply insights to inform design
• Collaborate in cross functional team by communicating visually and verbally
• Can quickly turn ideas into pages by designing and developing them in Webflow

Sounds exciting? In order for you to delight our potential customers from day one, we expect you to bring the following to our team:

• Extensive experience building websites in Webflow including CMS
• Have an eye for visual and interaction design, and have experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• A/B testing strategies
• Experience in working with cross-functional roles such as product managers, engineers, and researchers
• A holistic approach to design, from high level strategy to small design details
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present your decisions and processes clearly and confidently
• Experience with Figma
• A strong visual portfolio
