In Team Breakouts we have identified some risks. We even ROAMed some of them, but we had some we didn’t because we knew they affect the whole Agile Release Train. To bring these Risks to the attention of the entire train, we can put them on the Program Risk Board. Activate the sticky note and click “Move”. We will cover the basics of the Move and Mirror functionality in another lesson. But in short, if you move a sticky note to another board, it will disappear from our board and in this case, will appear here on the Program Risk Board under "Risk submissions".
This course is for those who are collaboratively active in piplanning.io during PI Planning. So for example for Team Members, Scrum Masters, RTEs, STEs and some more. And hey! It's only 22 lessons in 21 minutes. So not a lot of time.
