Pandemic has brought us many, many gifts. One of the things that I have learned in that time, is there are some things, remote digital working works for, and sometimes it's just truly deeply painful. There are some things that it's actually better than doing in person. However, on the other side there are some things that are still much better done in person. So that means, we need to bring people together. So the digital tools are great. Think carefully about when a digital tool is better and when it's not and think carefully about your culture. You're aware of what you've lost by being remote and you think about those things that you've lost, like I was talking about the coffee conversations, the lunch conversations, and now you're going to have to build them into your ways of working. Bring the people into the office on whatever cycle that you want, but when you bring them in, bring them in together. So yes leverage your digital tools in 2023. Use them to make a really big difference to people's lives. But the world is not black and white. There are some things where they're fantastic, some things when they're not so fantastic. Take the opportunities maybe not as many as you had before but when you bring people together build social bonds so you've got tight strong teams.
