Continuous improvement, relentless improvement in everything we do every day, this is the agile way of thinking and to go with that what it's about to truly leverage that we have to put to bed, in a nice comfortable warm bed, the idea of perfect. We have to pursue the idea of better. We want to be better every day. We cannot expect to be perfect tomorrow, we need to be better tomorrow than we were today. So when you're working with your teams and they make it leap forward, congratulate them if they're better but there is one thing to watch out for. Easier is not always better, better however is not always easier but better is always the goal. So if better means more complicated and that has value then so be it. If better is easy, that's great. If it's not, so be it. So learn from what your past was but pursue the improvement of the future. Better every day, better not perfect, better before easy, better for our customers, better for our teams, better for our success. So go out there and make it happen. Do one thing better today than you did yesterday and ask that the same thing of those around you. Take advantage of your learning sessions your retrospective, your inspecting adapts better every day continuous improvement, relentless improvement and you will love the result.
