There are a lot of great people that you've worked on with the whole year. This is a great time of year to say thank you. To show appreciation. To show that you value what they do and you appreciate what they've done and that it means something to you personally. There are many many, you know elves and penguins and polar bears and you know the Easter Bunny's been fantastic, not to talk about the Pixies, they've been awesome as well. They've done great things for me this year. Of course, Mrs Claus, I mean no point in existing without her in my life. But they've all done great things for me this year and Christmas time is a good chance for you to just say a little bit of appreciation. The only time better than now to say thank you is when it actually happened. So you could do what some people do. Something I copied from somebody far wiser than I am and that is I have a little reminder in my calendar every day to say thank you, to say appreciation. I have it in twice a day it doesn't mean I appreciate people twice a day. But it reminds me every day, I have a reminder in the morning and in the evening, it reminds me every day that some point during that day I need to show appreciation for people for what they do. So show some appreciation to those around you. Don't just do it now at Christmas. Do it all the time. Thank you for being on this wonderful journey. These 24 days of fun.
